Bio

Brandon Gonzalez just completed his tenth year at the helm of the Pacifica Christian Girls Soccer Program. In their inaugural year, competing at the JV level, the Lady Tritons finished the year 10-1-2. During the program's first year competing at the varsity level, Coach Gonzalez helped the Lady Tritons finish the year with a 17-3 record and a Round of 16 appearance in the CIF-Southern Section Division 7 Girls Soccer playoffs.

Brandon began his high school coaching career as the varsity head coach for boys’ soccer at Calvary Chapel High School in Murrieta, where he guided the team into back-to-back postseason appearances from 2005-2007, and won the Big Sky League title in 2007. Next, Brandon coached at Whittier Christian High School from 2007-2009. In 2010, Brandon moved to the Pacific Northwest to work at The Bear Creek School as the Associate Athletic Director and Director of Girls' Soccer. As Director of Girls' Soccer, he oversaw the individual growth and development of the Girl's Soccer Programs from elementary school to high school. Brandon also served as the head coach for Bear Creek’s Girl's Varsity Soccer Program, which appeared in 3 straight State Finals from 2011-2013, winning back-to-back State Championships in 2011 & 2012.  Brandon also won The Washington State Soccer Coaches Association "Coach of The Year" award in back-to-back seasons. Brandon left Bear Creek as their most winningest coach in Girl's Soccer history, with a 56-15-5 overall record in four years.

As a 4-year collegiate soccer player at Biola University, Brandon earned the MVP award twice and was named 1st-team All-Conference in back-to-back seasons, as well as an NAIA All-American honors his senior year. In his professional career, Brandon played six seasons in the United Soccer League–five for the Southern California Seahorses and one for the North Sound Seawolves
